Not your typical pork adobo, this dish will surely tempt you to crave more for its crispiness. Good to pair with rice or have it as an appetizer (pulutan).

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour and 30 minutes
Servings 2 people


  • 3/4 kg Pork, cut into medium cube
  • 6 pcs garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 5 pcs dried bay leaves
  • 1 cup sukang puti or white vinegar
  • 1 knorr beef cubes
  • 1 tbsp Magic Sarap
  • 1 ltr or 4 cups water


  1. Put all ingredients together into cooking pan
  2. Bring into a boil and let it cook for 30 minutes
  3. Mix so it won’t get stick into the cooking pan
  4. Check if the meat is tender and set aside
  5. Put oil into cooking pan and fry until golden brown
  6. Serve hot with vinegar sauce
