Not your typical pork adobo, this dish will surely tempt you to crave more for its crispiness. Good to pair with rice or have it as an appetizer (pulutan).

Ingredients:
- 3/4 kg Pork, cut into medium cube
- 6 pcs garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder
- 5 pcs dried bay leaves
- 1 cup sukang puti or white vinegar
- 1 knorr beef cubes
- 1 tbsp Magic Sarap
- 1 ltr or 4 cups water
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients together into cooking pan
- Bring into a boil and let it cook for 30 minutes
- Mix so it won’t get stick into the cooking pan
- Check if the meat is tender and set aside
- Put oil into cooking pan and fry until golden brown
- Serve hot with vinegar sauce
