Indulge to well known dish of fish tinola. This delicious dish is considered comfort food for many, but also good with pair of rice.

Servings 2 people


  • Salmon fish head cut into 4 slices
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cut Ginger
  • 4 pcs Lemon Grass
  • 2 pcs Onions
  • 2 pcs Tomato
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 5 pcs Spring Onion
  • 6 cups water


  1. Boil water into a large shallow dish with ginger and lemon grass
  2. Put fish together with onion, tomato, chili flakes
  3. Boil for 10 minutes or until fish is cook
  4. Mix and put lemon juice and spring onion
  5. Put salt and pepper to taste
  6. Serve hot
