Ingredients:
- Salmon fish head cut into 4 slices
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cut Ginger
- 4 pcs Lemon Grass
- 2 pcs Onions
- 2 pcs Tomato
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 5 pcs Spring Onion
- 6 cups water
Instructions:
- Boil water into a large shallow dish with ginger and lemon grass
- Put fish together with onion, tomato, chili flakes
- Boil for 10 minutes or until fish is cook
- Mix and put lemon juice and spring onion
- Put salt and pepper to taste
- Serve hot
