Don’t know what to do with left over lechon from recent family gatherings? Then this recipe is for you. This twist version of lechon paksiw uses Oyster Sauce, perfectly sweet and tangy taste that you’ll love matching with steamed rice.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg left over lechon
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mang Tomas
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 3 pcs Onions
- 2 gloves garlic, chopped
- Salt & Pepper Corn
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- cooking oil
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 5 pcs bay leaves
Instructions:
- Put oil cooking pan and saute garlic and onions
- Add the left over lechon, soy sauce, bay leaves and osyter sauce
- Add pepper corn, magic sarap and brown sugar
- You can additional brown sugar later depending on your taste
- Put salt and chicken stock
- Mix and bring into boil
- Put white vinegar and mang tomas
- Let the sauce simmer for 20 min
- Serve while hot
