Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Munggo beans
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1/2 lb pork sliced
- 1 cup radish, sliced
- 1 medium size onion chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cups kangkong
- 4 pcs ladies finger (okra), sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp singang mix
- 1/4 cup ginger
- 2 pcs green chilli, chopped
- 1 pork cubes
Instructions:
- Soak Munggo beans in water for 30 mins
- In a large shallow cooking pan, put oil and saute onions and garlic followed by pork
- Let pork turn a little brownish and put some salt
- Add Munggo beans and add water
- Close cover and let it boil for 30 minutes
- Add white radish, sinigang mix, ladies finger (okra)
- Add Kangkong, green chili, and tomato
- Put in black pepper and salt to taste
- Mix and boil for 2 minutes and its ready to serve
